— Privacy Policy —
What you share is handled with care.
This policy explains what information In Pursuit of Purposeology collects, why, and how it is protected.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, and message when you contact us; your responses when you complete the Purposeology® Assessment Survey (PAS) or the Purposeology® Assessment Survey (PAS); the details you enter on an application form, such as the Dr. G strategy application or a certification cohort application; your email address when you subscribe to Pause On Purpose; and what you post when you participate in Writings on Purpose.
We also receive limited technical information automatically, such as basic analytics about pages viewed, and payment confirmation details from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use your information
Your information is used to deliver what you asked for: to provide access to an instrument you have entered, to prepare your interpretation and Purpose Fingerprint™, to respond to your inquiry, to review your application, to send the emails you signed up for or that confirm a step in your journey, and to keep records of your purchases so you are never charged twice for the same entry.
We do not sell your information. We do not show you third-party creators, advertisers, or unrelated newsletters. We do not use your survey or evaluation responses as public testimonials without your explicit permission.
Service providers we rely on
We use a small number of providers to operate the site: a hosted database and authentication service for storing records securely, a payment processor for entry payments and program payments, an email service for transactional and newsletter email, and website analytics. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Storage, security, and retention
Records are stored with access controls so that your own submissions are visible to you and to authorised Purposeology staff only. Submitted responses and applications are retained so your journey remains continuous and so we can honour prior purchases. You may ask us to correct or delete your information.
Community participation
Writings on Purpose is a shared space for participants. What you publish there is visible to other participants along with the name shown on your account, so please share only what you are comfortable making visible. Posts and comments are moderated for encouragement.
Children
This site and its instruments are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from Pause On Purpose at any time using the link in any newsletter email. You can request a copy of your information, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by contacting us. Transactional records required for payment and tax purposes may be retained as required by law.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Questions about privacy can be sent through our contact form.
